MANUFACTURING PROCESS & DELIVERY

Our silage baling process is meticulously designed to preserve the nutritional value and quality of your forage. We utilize advanced baling equipment to compact the silage into dense, uniform bales, ensuring optimal storage and transportation. Our team of skilled operators carefully monitors the baling process to maintain consistency and prevent spoilage. Once baled, the silage is securely wrapped to protect it from moisture and other environmental factors. Our efficient delivery system guarantees timely and reliable transportation to your desired location, ensuring your silage arrives in prime condition for feeding.

CROP SOURCING:

Soils with good organic matter content having high water holding
capacity with neutral PH are considered good for higher productivity Felds having provision for proper drainage are preferred selected for
cultivation of maize.

harvesting

The crop is harvested when it contains their highest nutrient levels,which is usually in between 80th-90th day of the crop a moisture level of 65-70% will allow for optimum fermentation.

INOCULATION

Before being compacted in a baler the chopped material is treated with an inoculant to ensure an ecient fermentation

BALING & Wrapping

The chopped material then loaded into the hopper attachment of the
baler.A conveyor system transports the material from the hopper to the
internal compression chamber where the compaction takes place.

LOADING & TRANSPORT

The bales are delivered directly at the customer’s doorstep.The bales are checked for any damages or punctures before being
carefully loaded in the transport vehicles.
